We love The Wiggles at my house! We might have never even discovered them if it hadn't been for this quarantine life and juggling full-time work and child care. The reality of our situation and many others around the globe means more screen time for children. However, that doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing! Enter The Wiggles: Their upbeat songs, dances and lessons are actually educational, not to mention super fun and entertaining! I really can't imagine life without songs like Fruit Salad, Yummy, Yummy and I've Got My Glasses On. I go around belting out these tunes randomly as I make the girls fruit or put my glasses on, haha!
When I was invited to a Netflix baking collaboration on instagram, I immediately knew what show I was going to do! As much as I love The Witcher and Unsolved Mysteries, I knew The Wiggles: Ready, Steady Wiggle was my muse for this challenge! And these cupcakes turned out GREAT! I love how colorful and fun these four are!
The Wiggles make a perfect birthday party theme for little fans! I have rounded up all of my favorite Wiggly themed birthday gifts from amazon at the bottom of this post and also included the sprinkles, cupcake liners and candles that I used on my Wiggle Cupcakes!
I used my classic vanilla buttercream that makes plenty of frosting for decorating your cupcakes or cakes. It is so rich and smooth, it's my go-to recipe! My family says it tastes like ice cream.
