Shamrock Lucky Charms Sugar Cookie Bars

Grab a box of Limited Edition St. Patrick’s Day Lucky Charms and whip up some festive Sugar Cookie Bars! ☘️


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Separate the marshmallows

  2. Mix up your favorite sugar cookie recipe- I used my sugar cookie bar recipe

  3. Fold in the marshmallows

  4. Bake and enjoy! Tip: Press a few lucky charms on top fresh out of the over!



I have Irish ancestry, so we celebrate the day and reflect on and learn more about our heritage. St Patrick’s day has become a global celebration, of Irish culture and is a day to celebrate the patron Saint of Ireland, Saint Patrick, the color green, pots of gold, shamrocks, leprechauns and Good Luck!
