Our new neighborhood has started a tradition of "booing" each other at Halloween and you should start it in yours too!
I had never heard of getting "booed" until my family got "booed" this year for the first time and it was SO EXCITING for my 4 year old daughter (and me, as well, haha)! We woke up on a cool October morning to find a bag of goodies on our front porch!
My daughter told me on her way to school that day that I needed to pick up treats and buckets THAT DAY so that she could boo two of our neighbors THAT NIGHT! I ran to The Dollar Tree that afternoon and they had everything we needed. They had great kid treats AND treats for adults too. I got Halloween themed glasses, kitchen towels, candy, kid crafts and more for our buckets.
I designed a tag for our buckets and threw in some matching tissue paper – voilà!

And here is the tag you hang in your window or on your door!

How sweet and cute is this whole tradition!?!?! My daughter absolutely loved sneaking around the neighborhood to deliver the goody buckets that night. I hope you have as much fun as we did!

Start the tradition in your neighborhood today. Happy Halloween!!!!
